Stat. tit. 82, § 82-872","heading":"District to establish rules and regulations concerning","body":"labor and materials - Authority to request aid of United States\n\nengineers.\n\nThe district may, but without intending by this provision to\n\nlimit any powers of the district as granted to it by this act, enter\n\ninto and carry out such contract, or establish or comply with such\n\nrules and regulations concerning labor and materials and other\n\nrelated matters in connection with any project or projects as the\n\nDistrict may deem desirable or as may be requested by the United\n\nStates of America, or any corporation or agency created, designated\n\nor established thereby, which may assist in the financing of any\n\nsuch project or projects.
