Stat. tit. 82, § 82-876","heading":"Bonds exempted from taxation except inheritance taxes -","body":"Bonds and securities.\n\nAll bonds and the interest thereon issued pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of this act shall be exempt from taxation, except\n\ninheritance taxes, by the State of Oklahoma or by any municipal\n\ncorporation, county or other political subdivision or taxing\n\ndistrict of the state.\n\nBonds issued under the provisions of this act are hereby made\n\nsecurities in which all public officers and public bodies, agencies\n\nand instrumentalities of the state and its political subdivisions,\n\nall banks, trust companies, trust and loan associations, investment\n\ncompanies, and others carrying on a banking business, and all\n\ninsurance companies and insurance associations, and others carrying\n\non an insurance business, may legally and properly invest funds\n\nincluding capital in their control or belonging to them.
