Nothing in the Scenic Rivers Act shall be construed to\n\nunduly restrict or adversely affect the use of property within any\n\nscenic rivers basin for farming, ranching, forestry, silviculture\n\nand other agricultural uses so long as they are not inconsistent\n\nwith the purposes of the Scenic Rivers Act.\n\nB. Present farming, ranching, forestry, silviculture and other\n\nagricultural uses and practices, including existing building and\n\nreplacement structures, are hereby exempt from the provisions of the\n\nScenic Rivers Act.\n\nC.
