The use of glass, Styrofoam or any plastic foam containers\n\nfor any purpose shall be prohibited on any scenic river or on the\n\nLower Mountain Fork River, south of the Broken Bow Lake Reregulation\n\nDam to U.S. Highway 70. Any person found in violation of this\n\nsection shall be subject to the provisions of Section 1761.1 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
