Stat. tit. 84, § 84-25","heading":"Place of filing disclaimer - Delivery of copies - Interest","body":"in real estate.\n\nSuch disclaimer shall be effective upon being filed in the\n\ndistrict court in which the estate of the person by whom the\n\ninterest was created or from whom it would have been received is, or\n\nhas been, administered or, if no probate administration has been\n\ncommenced, then in the district court of any county provided in\n\nOklahoma Statutes as the place for probate administration of the\n\nestate of such person. A copy of the disclaimer shall be delivered\n\nor mailed to the representative, trustee or other person having\n\nlegal title to, or possession of, the property in which the interest\n\ndisclaimed exists, and no such representative, trustee or person\n\nshall be liable for any otherwise proper distribution or other\n\ndisposition made without actual notice of the disclaimer.
