Stat. tit. 84, § 84-276","heading":"Sale of property","body":"In case a judgment is rendered in favor of the state in such\n\nproceedings, a writ shall be issued to the sheriff, or any\n\nconstable, of the proper county commanding the seizure of such\n\nproperty, and if the same be personal property, it shall be sold at\n\npublic auction in the manner provided by law for the sale of\n\nproperty of like kind under execution; if the property be real\n\nestate, minerals or mineral interests, it shall be sold under the\n\norder of the court by the sheriff or a constable of the county, and\n\nthe proceeds, less the costs and attorney's fees taxed by the court,\n\nshall be paid to the Treasurer of the state; provided, however, that\n\nany proceeds paid to the Treasurer resulting from a sale of minerals\n\ndeemed abandoned pursuant to Sections 658.1 and 658.1A of Title 60\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes and Section 271.1 of this title shall be\n\ntreated as proceeds subject to the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act.\n\nNo real estate or mineral interest shall be sold by the sheriff (or\n\nconstable) at less than the minimum price to be fixed by the judge\n\nbefore whom the case was tried, such minimum valuation to be stated\n\nin the notice of sale.
