The property which is expressly appropriated by the will for\n\nthe payment of the debts.\n\n2. Property not disposed of by the will.\n\n3. Property which is devised or bequeathed to a residuary\n\nlegatee.\n\n4. Property which is not specifically devised or bequeathed,\n\nand,\n\n5. All other property ratably.
