Stat. tit. 84, § 84-31","heading":"Disclaimer of interest in trust - Conditions","body":"An interest in trust may be disclaimed by written instrument\n\nsigned by the trustee and income beneficiary of the trust, without\n\njudicial approval and without liability of the trustee to persons\n\nhaving interest becoming effective after the death of the income\n\nbeneficiary, but only if the interest disclaimed passes to the\n\ndescendants of grantor.
