It need not be written by\n\nthe testator him or herself. It may be written in any language, by\n\nhand or by any other means.\n\nB. The testator shall declare in the presence of two witnesses\n\nand of a person authorized to act in connection with international\n\nwills that the document is the will of the testator and that the\n\ntestator knows the contents of the will. The testator need not\n\ninform the witnesses, or the authorized person, of the contents of\n\nthe will.\n\nC. In the presence of the witnesses, and of the authorized\n\nperson, the testator shall sign the will or, if the testator has\n\npreviously signed it, shall acknowledge the signature.\n\nD. If the testator is unable to sign, the absence of the\n\nsignature of the testator does not affect the validity of the\n\ninternational will if the testator indicates the reason for the\n\ninability to sign and the authorized person makes note thereof on\n\nthe will. In that case, it is permissible for any other person\n\npresent, including the authorized person or one of the witnesses, at\n\nthe direction of the testator, to sign the name of the testator for\n\nthe testator, if the authorized person makes note of this on the\n\nwill, but it is not required that any person sign the name of the\n\ntestator for the testator.\n\nE.
