Subject to subsection D of Section 7 of this act, an\n\nelectronic will must be:\n\n1. A record that is readable as text at the time of signing\n\nunder paragraph 2 of this subsection;\n\n2. Signed by:\n\na. the testator, or\n\nb. another individual in the testator’s name, in the\n\ntestator’s physical presence and by the testator’s\n\ndirection in a manner recognized by Oklahoma law; and\n\n3. Signed in the physical or electronic presence of the\n\ntestator by at least two individuals, each of whom is a resident of\n\na state and physically located in a state at the time of signing,\n\nwithin a reasonable time after witnessing:\n\na. the signing of the will under paragraph 2 of this\n\nsubsection, or\n\nb. the testator’s acknowledgment of the signing of the\n\nwill under paragraph 2 of this subsection or\n\nacknowledgement of the will.\n\nB.
