An electronic will may be simultaneously executed, attested,\n\nand made self-proving by acknowledgment of the testator and\n\naffidavits of the witnesses.\n\nB. The acknowledgment and affidavits under subsection A of this\n\nsection must be:\n\n1. Made before an officer authorized to administer oaths under\n\nlaw of the state in which execution occurs or before an officer\n\nauthorized under and in the manner provided by the Oklahoma Remote\n\nOnline Notary Act; and\n\n2. Evidenced by the officer’s certificate under official seal\n\naffixed to or logically associated with the electronic will.\n\nC.
