Except as provided in subsection B of this section, this act\n\nshall apply to an electronic non-testamentary estate planning\n\ndocument and an electronic signature on a non-testamentary estate\n\nplanning document.\n\nB. This act shall not apply to a non-testamentary estate\n\nplanning document if the document precludes use of an electronic\n\nrecord or electronic signature.\n\nC.
