A non-testamentary estate planning document or a signature\n\non a non-testamentary estate planning document may not be denied\n\nlegal effect or enforceability solely because it is in electronic\n\nform.\n\nB. If other laws of this state require a non-testamentary\n\nestate planning document to be in writing, an electronic record of\n\nthe document shall satisfy such requirement.\n\nC.
