An electronic non-testamentary estate planning document or\n\nelectronic signature on an electronic non-testamentary estate\n\nplanning document is attributable to a person if it was the act of\n\nthe person. The act of the person may be shown in any manner\n\nincluding by showing the efficacy of a security procedure applied to\n\ndetermine the person to which the electronic record or electronic\n\nsignature was attributable.\n\nB.
