If the laws of this state base the validity of a non-\n\ntestamentary estate planning document on whether it is signed,\n\nwitnessed, or attested by another individual, the signature,\n\nwitnessing, or attestation of that individual may be electronic.\n\nB. For the purposes of this subsection, “electronic presence”\n\nmeans that two or more individuals in different locations are able\n\nto communicate in real time to the same extent as if the individuals\n\nwere physically present in the same location.
