On or before the first day of July each year, the Workers'\n\nCompensation Commission shall prepare, make public and submit a\n\nreport for the prior calendar year to the Governor, the President\n\nPro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and each member of the Legislature, containing a\n\nstatement of the number of awards made and the causes of the\n\naccidents leading to the injuries for which the awards were made,\n\ntotal work load data of the administrative law judges, including a\n\ndetailed report of the work load and judgments written by each\n\njudge, a detailed statement of the expenses of the Commission,\n\ntogether with any other matter which the Commission deems proper to\n\nreport.\n\nB. After public hearing and consultation with representatives\n\nof employers, insurance carriers, and employees, the Commission\n\nshall implement, with the assistance of the Insurance Commissioner,\n\nan electronic data interchange (EDI) system that provides relevant\n\ndata concerning the Oklahoma workers' compensation system and the\n\ndelivery of benefits to injured workers on a timetable to be\n\nreasonably determined by the Commission.\n\nC. To assist the Commission in developing and implementing the\n\nEDI system, there is hereby created the Oklahoma Workers'\n\nCompensation Electronic Data Interchange Advisory Committee. The\n\nGovernor shall appoint five persons to serve as members of the\n\nadvisory committee, one of whom shall be selected by the Governor as\n\nchair.
