Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-108","heading":"Dismissal of claims","body":"Any claimant may, upon the payment of the Workers' Compensation\n\nCommission's filing fee, dismiss any claim brought by the claimant\n\nat any time before final submission of the case to the Commission\n\nfor decision. Such dismissal shall be without prejudice unless the\n\nwords \"with prejudice\" are included in the order.
