Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-114","heading":"Prosthetic devices","body":"When a compensable injury results in the loss of one or more\n\neyes, teeth, or members of the body, or the replacement of a joint,\n\nthe employer shall furnish such prosthetic devices as may be\n\nnecessary as determined by the Workers' Compensation Commission in\n\nthe treatment and rehabilitation of the injured worker for the\n\nlifetime of the worker. When a worker sustains a compensable\n\ninjury, arising out of and in the course of his or her employment,\n\nwhich results in damage to a prosthetic device with which such\n\nworker is equipped, the employer shall repair or replace such\n\ndevice.
