A filing fee of One Hundred Forty Dollars ($140.00) per\n\ncase, including but not limited to any Joint Petition or medical fee\n\ndispute authorized by this title, shall be collected from the\n\nemployer filing a Joint Petition or party filing a medical fee\n\ndispute by the Workers' Compensation Commission. In the event any\n\naward becomes final against an employer, such amount shall be\n\nassessed by the Commission. The filing fee shall be deposited as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. One Hundred Five Dollars ($105.00) to the credit of the\n\nWorkers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund;\n\n2. Ten Dollars ($10.00) to the credit of the Attorney General's\n\nWorkers' Compensation Fraud Unit Revolving Fund created by Section\n\n19.2 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n3. Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) to the credit of the Workers'\n\nCompensation Commission Revolving Fund for purposes of implementing\n\nthe provisions of this title, including strengthening and providing\n\nadditional funding for the Attorney General's Workers' Compensation\n\nFraud Unit, providing counseling services pursuant to the workers'\n\ncompensation counselor or ombudsman program and safety in the\n\nworkplace.\n\nB. A fee of One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($130.00) per action to\n\nreopen any case pursuant to Section 32 of this title shall be\n\ncollected by the Commission and assessed as costs to be paid by the\n\nparty that reopens the case.
