A cardiovascular, coronary, pulmonary, respiratory, or\n\ncerebrovascular accident or myocardial infarction causing injury,\n\nillness, or death is a compensable injury only if, in relation to\n\nother factors contributing to the physical harm, the course and\n\nscope of employment was the major cause.\n\nB.
