In addition to its other duties and powers, the Workers'\n\nCompensation Commission is given and granted full power and\n\nauthority:\n\n1. To appoint administrative law judges to hear all claims for\n\ncompensation, including claims based on injuries which occurred\n\noutside this state for which compensation is payable under this act.\n\nAn administrative law judge shall have been licensed to practice law\n\nin this state for a period of not less than three (3) years and\n\nshall have not less than three (3) years of workers' compensation\n\nexperience prior to appointment;\n\n2. To remand any case to an administrative law judge for the\n\npurpose of taking additional evidence;\n\n3. To assess penalties;\n\n4. To prescribe rules governing the representation of\n\nemployees, employers, and carriers in respect to claims before the\n\nCommission;\n\n5. To make available all records in connection with all cases\n\nof personal injury to the Oklahoma Department of Labor. The\n\nCommissioner of Labor may propose rules for the prevention of\n\ninjuries and transmit the rules to the Commission. The Commission\n\nmay recommend proposed rules for prevention of injuries to the\n\nCommissioner of Labor; and\n\n6. To have and exercise all other powers and duties conferred\n\nor imposed by this act.\n\nB. 1. In addition to the other powers and duties granted to\n\nthe Commission in this section and otherwise provided by law, the\n\nCommission is authorized to establish and impose reasonable\n\nadministrative fees to recover the cost of preparation of various\n\ninformative materials distributed by the Commission.\n\n2. The administrative fees shall be established by regulation\n\nof the Commission.\n\n3.
