Commissioners shall be considered officers and shall take\n\nthe oath prescribed by the Oklahoma Constitution and the laws of\n\nthis state.\n\nB. 1. A majority of the Workers' Compensation Commission shall\n\nconstitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and vacancies\n\nshall not impair the right of the remaining commissioners to\n\nexercise all the powers of the full Commission, so long as a\n\nmajority remains.\n\n2. Any investigation, inquiry, or hearing which the Commission\n\nis authorized to hold or undertake may be held or undertaken by or\n\nbefore any one commissioner of the Commission, or appointee acting\n\nfor him or her, under authorization of the Commission.\n\nC. The Commission shall have a seal for authentication of its\n\njudgments, awards, and proceedings, on which shall be inscribed the\n\nwords: \"Workers' Compensation Commission, State of Oklahoma\".\n\nD.
