There are established within the Office of the State\n\nTreasurer two separate funds:\n\n1. The \"Multiple Injury Trust Fund\"; and\n\n2. The \"Self-insurance Guaranty Fund\".\n\nB. Except as provided in Section 97 of this title, no money\n\nshall be appropriated from these funds for any purpose except for\n\nthe use and benefit, or at the direction, of the Oklahoma Workers'\n\nCompensation Commission.\n\nC. Except as provided in Section 96 of this title, all funds\n\nestablished under this section shall be administered, disbursed, and\n\ninvested under the direction of the Commission and the State\n\nTreasurer.\n\nD. All incomes derived through investment of the Multiple\n\nInjury Trust Fund shall be credited as investment income to the fund\n\nthat participated in the investment.\n\nE. No monies deposited to these funds shall be subject to any\n\ndeduction, tax, levy, or any other type of assessment.\n\nF. If the balance in the Multiple Injury Trust Fund becomes\n\ninsufficient to fully compensate those employees to whom it is\n\nobligated, payment shall be suspended until such time as the\n\nMultiple Injury Trust Fund is capable of meeting its obligations,\n\npaying all arrearages, and restoring normal benefit payments.\n\nG. On the effective maturity dates of each investment, the\n\ninvestment shall be transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit\n\ninto the Multiple Injury Trust Fund created in this section.\n\nH. Unless provided otherwise in the Administrative Workers'\n\nCompensation Act, all fines and penalties assessed under the\n\nAdministrative Workers' Compensation Act shall be deposited into the\n\nWorkers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund.
