Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-28.1","heading":"Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Workers' Compensation Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Workers' Compensation\n\nCommission from the revenues apportioned pursuant to Section 122 of\n\nTitle 85A of the Oklahoma Statutes and such other sources as may be\n\nprovided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Workers'\n\nCompensation Commission for the purpose of funding the operations of\n\nthe Commission and administering the Administrative Workers'\n\nCompensation Act and for any other purposes related to the\n\nAdministrative Workers' Compensation Act that the Commission deems\n\nappropriate.
