Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-30","heading":"Physically impaired persons - Adjudications of Multiple","body":"Injury Trust Fund claims.\n\nA. For the purposes of Sections 31 through 35 of this title,\n\nthe term \"physically impaired person\" means a person who, as a\n\nresult of accident, disease, birth, military action, or any other\n\ncause, has suffered:\n\n1. The loss of the sight of one eye;\n\n2. The loss by amputation of the whole or a part of a member of\n\nthe body; or\n\n3. Any previous adjudications of compensable permanent partial\n\ndisability adjudged and determined by the Workers' Compensation\n\nCourt, the Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims or the\n\nWorkers' Compensation Commission.\n\nB.
