Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-301","heading":"Arbitration agreements","body":"All agreements to arbitrate claims for injuries covered by the\n\nAdministrative Workers' Compensation Act shall be valid and\n\nenforceable in this state when:\n\n1. The employer provides notice of the existence of an\n\nagreement to arbitrate to both the employee and the employer's\n\nworkers' compensation insurance provider;\n\n2. The employer files an alternative dispute resolution program\n\nwith the Workers' Compensation Commission, as defined in the\n\nAdministrative Workers' Compensation Act;\n\n3. The employers’ Certified Medical Plan files an alternative\n\ndispute resolution program with the Commission, as defined in the\n\nAdministrative Workers’ Compensation Act; or\n\n4.
