Except as otherwise provided in the Workers' Compensation\n\nArbitration Act, a person gives notice to another person by taking\n\naction that is reasonably necessary to inform the other person in\n\nordinary course, whether or not the other person acquires knowledge\n\nof the notice.\n\nB. A person has notice if the person has knowledge of the\n\nnotice or has received notice.\n\nC.
