Except as otherwise provided in Section 107 of this title,\n\nan application for judicial relief under this act shall be made by\n\napplication and motion to the Workers' Compensation Commission and\n\nheard in the manner provided by law or rule of the Commission for\n\nmaking and hearing motions.\n\nB.
