A written agreement to submit any existing or subsequent\n\ncontroversy arising between the parties to arbitration is valid,\n\nenforceable, and irrevocable except on a ground that exists at law\n\nor in equity for the revocation of a contract.\n\nB. An arbitrator shall decide whether a condition precedent to\n\narbitration has been fulfilled and whether a contract containing a\n\nvalid agreement to arbitrate is enforceable.\n\nC.
