A person shall initiate an arbitration proceeding by giving\n\nwritten notice to the Commission and the other parties to the\n\narbitration agreement. Notice shall be served on the parties in the\n\nmanner prescribed by the arbitration agreement, or, if the\n\narbitration agreement does not address the method of notice, then by\n\nthe service of process for civil actions provided under Title 12 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Notice of an arbitration proceeding shall contain:\n\n1. The general nature of the controversy;\n\n2. The remedy and alleged damages sought; and\n\n3. A copy of the arbitration agreement governing the\n\ncontroversy.\n\nC.
