Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-318","heading":"Pre-award ruling","body":"If an arbitrator makes a pre-award ruling in favor of a party,\n\nthe party may request the arbitrator to incorporate the ruling into\n\nan award under Section 319 of this title. A prevailing party may\n\nmake an application and motion to the Commission for an expedited\n\njudgment to confirm the award under Section 322 of this title, in\n\nwhich case the Workers' Compensation Commission shall summarily\n\ndecide the motion.
