An arbitrator shall make a record of the award. The award\n\nmay contain the evidence and conclusion upon which the award was\n\nbased unless the agreement of the parties specifies the type of\n\naward to be issued. The record shall be signed or otherwise\n\nauthenticated by any arbitrator who concurs with the award. The\n\narbitrator or the arbitration organization shall give notice of the\n\naward, including a copy of the award, to each party to the\n\narbitration proceeding.\n\nB. An award shall be made within the time specified by the\n\nagreement to arbitrate or, if not specified therein, within the time\n\nordered by the Commission. The Commission may extend or the parties\n\nto the arbitration proceeding may agree in a record to extend the\n\ntime. The Commission or the parties may do so within or after the\n\ntime specified or ordered.
