On motion by a party to an arbitration proceeding, the\n\narbitrator may modify or correct an award:\n\n1. On a ground stated in paragraph 1 or 3 of subsection A of\n\nSection 324 of this title;\n\n2. Because the arbitrator has not made a final and definite\n\naward upon a claim submitted by the parties to the arbitration\n\nproceeding; or\n\n3. To clarify the award.\n\nB. A motion under subsection A of this section shall be made\n\nand notice given to all parties within twenty (20) days after the\n\naward is issued to the parties.\n\nC. A party to the arbitration proceeding shall give notice of\n\nany objection to the motion within ten (10) days after receipt of\n\nthe motion.\n\nD. If a motion to the Workers' Compensation Commission is\n\npending under Section 323 or 324 of this title, the Commission may\n\nsubmit the claim to the arbitrator to consider whether to modify or\n\ncorrect the award:\n\n1. On a ground stated in paragraph 1 or 3 of subsection A of\n\nSection 324 of this title;\n\n2. Because the arbitrator has not made a final and definite\n\naward upon a claim submitted by the parties to the arbitration\n\nproceeding; or\n\n3. To clarify the award.\n\nE.
