An arbitrator may award benefits set forth in Sections 45,\n\n46, 47 and 51 of this title.\n\nB. An arbitrator may award reasonable attorney fees and other\n\nreasonable expenses of arbitration if the arbitrator finds that a\n\nparty was not acting in good faith throughout the arbitration.\n\nC. As to all remedies other than those authorized by\n\nsubsections A and B of this section, an arbitrator may order such\n\nremedies as the arbitrator considers just and appropriate under the\n\ncircumstances of the arbitration proceeding. The fact that such a\n\nremedy could not or would not be granted by the Workers'\n\nCompensation Commission is not a ground for refusing to confirm an\n\naward under Section 322 of this title or for vacating an award under\n\nSection 323 of this title.\n\nD. An arbitrator's expenses and fees, together with other\n\nexpenses, shall be paid by the employer.\n\nE.
