On application and motion made within thirty (30) days after\n\nmovant receives notice of the award or within thirty (30) days after\n\nthe movant receives notice of a modified or corrected award, the\n\nCommission shall modify or correct the award if:\n\n1. There was an evident mathematical miscalculation or an\n\nevident mistake in the description of a person, thing, or property\n\nreferred to in the award;\n\n2. The arbitrator has made an award on a claim not submitted to\n\nthe arbitrator and the award may be corrected without affecting the\n\nmerits of the decision upon the claims submitted; or\n\n3. The award is imperfect in a matter of form not affecting the\n\nmerits of the decision on the claims submitted.\n\nB. If a motion made under subsection A of this section is\n\ngranted, the Commission shall modify or correct and confirm the\n\naward as modified or corrected. Otherwise, unless a motion to\n\nvacate is pending, the Commission shall confirm the award.\n\nC.
