Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-328","heading":"Selection of court","body":"An application and motion under judicial review of a judgment or\n\naward entered by the Commission under this act shall be made in the\n\ndistrict court in the county in which the agreement to arbitrate\n\nspecifies the arbitration hearing is to be held or, if the hearing\n\nhas been held, in the court in the county in which it was held.\n\nOtherwise, the motion may be made in the district court in the\n\ncounty in which an adverse party resides or has a place of business\n\nor, if no adverse party has a residence or place of business in this\n\nstate, in the district court located either in Oklahoma City or\n\nTulsa.
