The right to claim compensation for benefits from the\n\nMultiple Injury Trust Fund shall be forever barred unless a Notice\n\nof Claim, on a form prescribed by the Workers' Compensation\n\nCommission, shall be filed with the Commission within one (1) year\n\nof the date of the last order for permanent partial disability\n\narising from the latest claim against the last employer.\n\nB. When a claim for benefits from the Multiple Injury Trust\n\nFund is filed, unless a claimant shall in good faith request a\n\nhearing and final determination thereon within two (2) years of the\n\nfiling thereof, the same shall be barred.\n\nC.
