The MITF Director shall be charged with the administration\n\nand protection of the Multiple Injury Trust Fund and shall be\n\nnotified by the Workers' Compensation Commission of all proceedings\n\nwhich may affect such fund.\n\nB. The MITF Director shall have authority to conduct all\n\nbusiness affairs relating to administration of the Multiple Injury\n\nTrust Fund, including, but not limited to, appointment of\n\nassistants, accountants, attorneys and other employees as may be\n\nnecessary.\n\nC. The MITF Director shall provide results of audit reports to\n\nthe Workers' Compensation Commission annually.\n\nD. The MITF Director shall have standing and the authority to\n\nappear in any case before the Commission in which the Commission is\n\nconsidering an award from the Multiple Injury Trust Fund.\n\nE. Any party interested shall have a right to bring a\n\nproceeding in the Supreme Court to review an award of the Commission\n\naffecting such Multiple Injury Trust Fund, in the same manner as is\n\nnow provided by law with reference to other awards by the\n\nCommission.\n\nF.
