Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-401.1","heading":"Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims","body":"Administrative Fund (CECAF).\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims (CEC) to be\n\ndesignated the “Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims\n\nAdministrative Fund (CECAF)”. The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the CEC from revenues apportioned pursuant to\n\nSection 122 of this title prior to the effective date of this act.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Administrative\n\nDirector of the Courts to fund the operations and all expenses\n\nassociated with the CEC trial judge and all three-judge en banc\n\npanel appeals adjudicated by the CEC Division of the Court of Civil\n\nAppeals and to administer the provisions of Titles 85 and 85A of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
