An injured employee who is entitled to receive permanent\n\npartial disability compensation under Section 45 of this title shall\n\nreceive compensation for each part of the body in accordance with\n\nthe number of weeks for the scheduled loss set forth below.\n\n1. Arm amputated at the elbow, or between the elbow and\n\nshoulder, two hundred seventy-five (275) weeks;\n\n2. Arm amputated between the elbow and wrist, two hundred\n\ntwenty (220) weeks;\n\n3. Leg amputated at the knee, or between the knee and the hip,\n\ntwo hundred seventy-five (275) weeks;\n\n4. Leg amputated between the knee and the ankle, two hundred\n\ntwenty (220) weeks;\n\n5. Hand amputated, two hundred twenty (220) weeks;\n\n6. Thumb amputated, sixty-six (66) weeks;\n\n7. First finger amputated, thirty-nine (39) weeks;\n\n8. Second finger amputated, thirty-three (33) weeks;\n\n9. Third finger amputated, twenty-two (22) weeks;\n\n10. Fourth finger amputated, seventeen (17) weeks;\n\n11. Foot amputated, two hundred twenty (220) weeks;\n\n12. Great toe amputated, thirty-three (33) weeks;\n\n13. Toe other than great toe amputated, eleven (11) weeks;\n\n14. Eye enucleated, in which there was useful vision, two\n\nhundred seventy-five (275) weeks;\n\n15. Loss of hearing of one ear, one hundred ten (110) weeks;\n\n16. Loss of hearing of both ears, three hundred thirty (330)\n\nweeks; and\n\n17. Loss of one testicle, fifty-three (53) weeks; loss of both\n\ntesticles, one hundred fifty-eight (158) weeks.\n\nB. The permanent partial disability rate of compensation for\n\namputation or permanent total loss of use of a scheduled member\n\nspecified in this section shall be seventy percent (70%) of the\n\nemployee's average weekly wage, not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty\n\nDollars ($350.00) with an increase to Three Hundred Sixty Dollars\n\n($360.00) on July 1, 2021, multiplied by the number of weeks as set\n\nforth in this section, regardless of whether or not the injured\n\nemployee is able to return to his or her pre-injury job.\n\nC. Other cases: In cases in which the Workers' Compensation\n\nCommission finds an injury to a part of the body not specifically\n\ncovered by the foregoing provisions of this section, the employee\n\nmay be entitled to compensation for permanent partial disability.\n\nThe compensation ordered paid shall be seventy percent (70%) of the\n\nemployee's average weekly wage, not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty\n\nDollars ($350.00) with an increase to Three Hundred Sixty Dollars\n\n($360.00) on July 1, 2021, for the number of weeks which the partial\n\ndisability of the employee bears to three hundred fifty (350) weeks.\n\nD. 1. Compensation for amputation of the first phalange of a\n\ndigit shall be one-half (1/2) of the compensation for the amputation\n\nof the entire digit.\n\n2. Compensation for amputation of more than one phalange of a\n\ndigit shall be the same as for amputation of the entire digit.\n\nE. 1. Compensation for the permanent loss of eighty percent\n\n(80%) or more of the vision of an eye shall be the same as for the\n\nloss of an eye.\n\n2. In all cases of permanent loss of vision, the use of\n\ncorrective lenses may be taken into consideration in evaluating the\n\nextent of loss of vision.\n\nF. Compensation for amputation or loss of use of two or more\n\ndigits or one or more phalanges of two or more digits of a hand or a\n\nfoot may be proportioned to the total loss of use of the hand or the\n\nfoot occasioned thereby but shall not exceed the compensation for\n\ntotal loss of a hand or a foot.\n\nG. Compensation for permanent total loss of use of a member\n\nshall be the same as for amputation of the member.\n\nH.
