If the employer has previously contracted with a certified\n\nworkplace medical plan, the employer shall select for the injured\n\nemployee a treating physician or chiropractor from the physicians or\n\nchiropractors listed within the network of the certified workplace\n\nmedical plan. The employee may apply for a change of physician or\n\nchiropractor by utilizing the dispute resolution process set out in\n\nthe certified workplace medical plan on file with the State\n\nDepartment of Health.\n\nB. If the employer is not covered by a certified workplace\n\nmedical plan, the employer shall select the treating physician or\n\nchiropractor. The Commission on application of the employee shall\n\norder one change of treating physician or chiropractor.
