Every hospital or other person furnishing the injured\n\nemployee with medical services shall permit its records to be copied\n\nby and shall furnish full written information to the Commission, the\n\nWorkers' Compensation Fraud Investigation Unit, the employer, the\n\ncarrier, and the employee or the employee's dependents.\n\n2. The reasonable cost of copies shall be paid by the requestor\n\nto the health care or medical service provider furnishing them.\n\nB.
