Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-79","heading":"Failure to comply with final compensation judgement","body":"If any employer fails to comply with a final compensation\n\njudgment or award, any beneficiary of the judgment or award, or the\n\nCommission, may file a certified copy of the judgment or award in\n\nthe office of the district court clerk of any county in this state\n\nwhere any property of the employer may be found.
