Compensation shall be paid by check, by electronic funds\n\ntransfer, issuance of debit cards, or by state warrant. Payment\n\nshall be made payable to the order of the person entitled to the\n\ncompensation and paid directly to the person entitled to the\n\ncompensation.\n\nB.
