Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-89","heading":"Advance payments","body":"If the employer has made advance payments for compensation, the\n\nemployer shall be entitled to be reimbursed out of any unpaid\n\ninstallment or installments of compensation due. If the injured\n\nemployee receives full wages during disability, he or she shall not\n\nbe entitled to compensation during the period. Any wages paid by\n\nthe employer, over the statutory temporary disability maximum, shall\n\nbe deducted from the permanent partial disability award. Such\n\ndeduction shall be made after any such applicable attorney fee and\n\nany such assessment made pursuant to Sections 45 and 46 of this\n\ntitle have been paid.
