{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-105.925","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 105.925","heading":"Definitions for ORS 105.925 to 105.945.","body":"As used in ORS 105.925 to 105.945:\n      (1) “Event data recorder” has the meaning given that term in 49 C.F.R 563.5, as in effect on January 1, 2008.\n      (2) “Owner” means a person:\n      (a) In whose name a motor vehicle is registered or titled;\n      (b) Who leases a motor vehicle for at least three months;\n      (c) Who is entitled to possession of a motor vehicle as the purchaser under a security agreement; or\n      (d) Who is the attorney in fact, conservator or personal representative for a person described in paragraphs (a) to (c) of this subsection.","path":["03 - Landlord-Tenant, Domestic Relations, Probate","10.
