{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-109.182","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 109.182","heading":"Scope; limitation on use of genetic testing.","body":"(1) ORS 109.181 to 109.203 govern genetic testing of an individual in a proceeding to adjudicate parentage, whether the individual:\n      (a) Voluntarily submits to testing; or\n      (b) Is tested under an order of the court or a child support agency.\n      (2) Genetic testing may not be used:\n      (a) Except as provided in ORS 109.238 (3), to challenge the parentage of a child who was conceived by assisted reproduction, including under a gestational surrogacy agreement; or\n      (b) To establish a donor’s parentage of a child who was conceived by assisted reproduction.","path":["03 - Landlord-Tenant, Domestic Relations, Probate","11.
