{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-162.369","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 162.369","heading":"Possession of a false law enforcement identification card.","body":"(1) A person commits the crime of possession of a false law enforcement identification card if the person possesses a false law enforcement identification card.\n      (2) Possession of a false law enforcement identification card is a Class A misdemeanor.\n      (3) As used in this section, “false law enforcement identification card” means an identification card that:\n      (a) Identifies the possessor of the card as a member of a law enforcement unit; and\n      (b) Was not lawfully issued to the possessor by the law enforcement unit.","path":["04 - Criminal Procedure, Crimes","16.
