All such funds are continuously appropriated to aid in financing the functions of the commission and shall be deposited in the General Fund of the State Treasury to the credit of a separate account for the commission and shall be disbursed for the purpose for which contributed.","path":["05 - State Government, Government Procedures, Land Use","17.
