{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-181a.150","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 181A.150","heading":"Forensic laboratories.","body":"(1) The Department of State Police may establish forensic laboratories.\n      (2) Subject to available funding, the forensic laboratories shall furnish generally accepted types of forensic services to criminal justice agencies in this state. The services of the forensic laboratories must also be available to a defendant in a criminal case upon order of the court in which the criminal case is pending.","path":["05 - State Government, Government Procedures, Land Use","18.
